St Martin’s Day Wine Dinner at Gonda Winery

One of the most beloved traditions of St Martin’s Day, the goose feast, is complemented this time with exceptional wine experiences in Miskolc. Gonda Winery is preparing a dinner evening where flavours, aromas, and carefully selected wines take centre stage.

Chef Tamás Molnár’s unique dishes include pear carpaccio, cacciatore made with goose leg served with rosemary potatoes, and a sour cherry dessert. The dishes are paired with the winery’s curated selections, from a welcome sparkling wine to Avasi and Gonda wines, and even the special Toolate wine.
